Returns

Returning or Exchanging on Epaal India is super easy. Just drop us an email at support@epaal.in from your registered email id.

Returns Criteria:

  1. The returns request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

                 AND (any 1 or more reasons from below)

  1. Product received is significantly different from the order description.
  2. Product received is having manufacturing defects or have generated manufacturing defects over the time but within the warranty period.
  3. Product received is dead on arrival (for battery operated products only)
  4. Product received is not functioning as per expectation.

Post 7 days, we provide additional cover of 30 days in terms of replacement warranty.

Please note returns will not be accepted if an smartwatch accessary / accessories is ordered in mistake and turns out to be non-compatible with your watch. You are requested to check & confirm compatibility of you watch with the selected accessory before you place the order. This can be done in either of the ways mentioned below:

  1. The accessories product listing may suggest compatible watch models OR
  2. Search the web for size specification of you watch for particular accessories, example for straps is your watch lugs 22mm or 20mm or 19mm can be found out by search "straps lug size for XYZ watch".

Partial COD

  1. "Partial COD" is introduced to reduce the number of rejected returns from buyers. This enables us to continue offering "COD" option to our buyers.
  2. The prepaid part of the Partial COD orders are refundable only until the shipment is not dispatched.
  3. Once the shipment is dispatched under no circumstances this refund for partially paid order will be issued.

How to raise a returns request?

To request for a return, please raise a request to us at support@epaal.in from your registered email id.

Please ensure to include below information in the returns request for quicker resolution:

 - Order number
 - Reason for return in detail
 - Attach 2-3 images from different angle clearly indicating the issue

 

We will review your returns request and process as per policy.

All product sold on Epaal are brand new and of high quality. We believe in delighting customers with unique buying experience with us. Every order placed on Epaal is eligible for 7 days returns from the date of delivery if they fall in any 1 or more of criteria mentioned above.

What can I return?
You may request return for items sold on Epaal within 7 days of delivery date provided it meets at least one of the above mentioned returns criteria. Additionally all our products are covered in a minimum 30 days general replacement warranty (any warranty specific to a product will prevail). Returns are subject to approval.

To initiate the returns you need to send email to epaal.india@gmail.com with all the details like pictures, videos and reason for returns. Our customer support team will review and get in touch with you. Once approved you need to ship the product back to us. After inspection of returned product we will initiate the refund process.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in 2-3 day but not exceeding 1 week. Most refunds are fully refunded in 2-3 days after we receive the returns shipment and returns is initiated. The returned amount will be transferred to original mode of payment with which you made the purchase.

Does Epaal offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, we cover our sold product till 30 days of order under Epaal replacement/repair warranty. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you have issues using the product you got the cover till 30 days of order date.
